How do I know what size I need?

How long do I need storage?
StorHouse recognizes the need to move your items out when the time is right. Our month to month rentals give you the flexibility to choose just how long you require your unit.

Are there moving trucks available to use?
StorHouse offers a free truck for use during move-in. If you are in need of a truck for additional moving, please contact the office for truck availability and rates.

Can I buy boxes and other packing products from StorHouse?
Yes. StorHouse offers a wide variety of boxes and packing supplies located in the office.

Do you have video cameras?
StorHouse uses video cameras as a security measure. Cameras are generally located at the point of entry and exit and other areas around the facility.

Can anybody drive onto this property or do you need a PIN number?
StorHouse has an electronic gate system that can only be opened by a security code assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility.

What is climate control?
Climate controlled storage units are temperature controlled ensuring your treasured belongings are not exposed to extreme temperatures. Our climate controlled units are housed in an indoor finished building where dirt and dust are less likely to penetrate. This type of environment is ideal for storing furniture, photographs, discs/records, electronics, as well as other items.

What is a roll-up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.

Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?
You provide the lock ensuring you and only you have access. We recommend purchasing a disc lock to ensure the highest level of security. Don't have a lock? No problem, we offer a wide range of packing and moving supplies to make your move stress-free.

What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the first floor that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.

What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours the manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are the hours of the property and when your unit can be accessed.

How far in advance can I book a reservation?
We give you the flexibility to book a reservation up to 30 days in advance to help you plan ahead.

What kind of security do you have?
StorHouse takes great pride in protecting your belongings and strives to provide state-of-the-art security. We feature electronic gates with coded access, monitored video surveillance, fenced and well-lit facilities, with personal locks available for purchase.

What are the payment terms?
StorHouse strives to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Typically, our leases are month-to-month but we also offer the flexibility of long-term leases. We also offer AutoPay, a service that automatically charges your credit card each month.

We accept several major credit cards, including MasterCard®, Visa®, Discover®, or American Express®.
